RW Builders — trading as York Extensions — is a family-run building and renovation company based in York, North Yorkshire. We've been carrying out home extensions, roofing, renovations, landscaping and general building work for homeowners across York and the surrounding villages for over 15 years.

The business was founded by Phillip Ross-Williams, who remains closely involved in quoting, planning and overseeing every project. We're not a large company with a sales team and subcontractors you've never met — you'll usually speak directly with Phil or someone who understands the job from the start.
